We want you to feel safe buying. Our policy is simple and matches what we say on the pricing page.
Before we start
If we haven't started submitting your applications yet, you can request a full refund - no questions asked.
After we start
Once applications are going out, we refund the unused portion of your pack, pro-rata. For example, if you bought 500 applications and 120 have been submitted, the remaining 380 are refundable.
Free trial
The 5 free applications are free - there is nothing to refund.
How to request
Email support@getnextround.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
