This policy explains what NextRound collects, why, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to apply to jobs on your behalf.
What we collect
- Account: your name and email.
- Resume & preferences: the resume you upload and your search filters (titles, locations, salary floor, work authorization, companies to avoid).
- Payment: handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about site visits.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: to find matching roles and submit applications for you, to communicate about your account, and to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Employers / their career sites - when we submit an application for you (this is the purpose of the service).
- Service providers - Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/email routing), acting on our behalf.
Retention
We keep your resume and preferences for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@getnextround.com. Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK, California) you may have additional rights.
